Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Ground Shipping within Switzerland!. Delivery of item (s) can take from 1-5 business days. Orders received over the weekend, holidays or after 14 pm on regular business days will ship the following business days.

International Shipping

We currently not sell outside Switzerland.


All goods supplied by The Mountain One are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes people change their mind. When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.

The Mountain One is happy to accept returns of unused, unwearied, undamaged and unopened merchandise purchased from our website within ten (10) days of purchase and you will responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If any item is returned whose original purchase was made with free shipping, Sfr. 9.-- will be deducted from refunded amount to cover the cost of original shipment. Please allow 4-5 business days for when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return/exchange to be processed. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will not be refunded nor exchanged.

To return your product, you should mail your unused item in the original box including a copy of your original online receipt to: Grossi Sport SA - Via Codeborgo 5, 6500 Bellinzona (TI), Switzerland.


To exchange for another color or size, simply do a return within 10 days of purchase of the unopened merchandise and place an order for a new one. Unless The Mountain One mistakenly sent you the wrong merchandise, when exchanging  merchandise with The Mountain One, you are solely responsible for any and all shipping costs and/or customs brokerage fees associated with your exchange. If you are shipping an item over Sfr. 100.--, you should consider to purchase a shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged/Defective Item

How to exchange or return any item that arrives to you damaged or defective:
Take a photo of the defective or damaged item. Possibly also of the damaged packaging in which it was delivered to you.  Send an email to explaining the defect or the damage and attach the pictures.  We will instruct you via email on how to proceed to return your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
